The Annual Meeting will take place at the Messe Berlin Exhibition Halls in Berlin-Charlottenburg which are easily accessible by public transport. It will commence with the Opening Ceremony on the morning of Tuesday, 2 October. The meeting will end on Friday, 5 October with the Closing Ceremony followed by the Farewell Reception.
